1. Registration
Step 1. Type in a user's name. You can immediately check the availability of this name.
Step 2. Type in a password. A hint below the field will allow you to choose the most effective password.
Step 3. Choose the type of user: private person or institution.
A private person is a user who does neither runs any business nor represents any legal person.
An institution is a user who runs a business or represents a legal person of one of the categories below:
- University - a scientific organisation,
- A company,
- Private equity - a process of acquiring shares and stock in the unrecorded companies on the regulated public markets with the intention of their resale with profit in the future,
- Venture capital - one of the types of Private Equity, and is a policy of investing in enterprises on the early development stages.
- Non profit - foundations or associations focusing on supporting private or public good and are not aimed at gaining any profit.
Step 4. If you have chosen 'Institution' on the previous stage, insert the institution name and Tax Identification Number /NIP/.
Step 5. Select a verification question, necessary in case of forgetting the password.
Step 6. Type in your e-mail necessary to complete registration process.
Step 7. Tell us where you learnt about VOREVO.
Step 8. Approve the Terms and confirm the correctness of the provided data.
Step 9. Capcha. Type in a text you see in the Capcha window.
Step 10. To complete the registration, you have to check your e-mail box and click on the link provided in the e-mail message which you receive from us. This confirms your willingness to use VOREVO website.
Step 11. Select your current location. Thanks to this, your ideas will reach the recipients sooner. This will also facilitate managing services (such as selling or searching products) which you can render within the website.
Step 12. Indicate the currency you want to use. All amounts will be provided in this selected currency. You can change the currency after registration by using a tab „Edit your profile"
Step 13. If you are interested in financing or co-financing project, tick the appropriate field.
Step 14. Provide your data. The correctness of data is necessary to fully use VOREVO website. Providing the incorrect data can make it difficult to use some functions and to contact other users.
2. Homepage
Homepage is a place to which the user is redirected after logging in. It is a place from which a user can manage his/her profile and easily surf throughout the whole website. The homepage gives you a full variety of possibilities. The crucial ones are: managing one's own articles on innovations, seeking new innovations and business contacts and easy access to scientific and business discussions. From the homepage, a user can add announcements on distribution and sale of products, semi-products and raw materials used in industry. The homepage also includes the most recent events of VOREVO website and articles published within the website. There is also a possibility to track and manage business discussions on the forum. A schedule is one of the most useful tools enabling you to track the time framework of current projects. Moreover, a schedule enables you to add private notes and to promote your events and articles among other users.
3. User's profile
This is a user's „business card". User's profile can be seen by other persons registered in the website. User's profile consists of a company or personal data, articles on innovations and announcements placed by the profile owner. One can also find out in which discussion a particular user participates, see his/her business contacts or simply see how the user looks like in his photo gallery. A schedule with records visible for all users is also a part of the profile. These records can be added articles or recommended events or information.
4. Promoting (Positioning)
If you want your article to appear at the beginning of search results, use the service 'Promoting'. You will have a greater chance of finding partners to your project and easier financing of your undertaking.
5. Awarding a 'authentic company' status
A paid service in VOREVO website - verifying your own company.
An account which is verified positively will be marked with a graphic symbol „a reliable company". This symbol will be seen by all website users and will be presented anywhere where your company's name appears. No matter what the verification result is, a user will be informed whether a 'reliable company' status can be awarded or not.
Company data in VOREVO website is the basis for verification.
You can verify your company by clicking the following tabs from the Menu on the left hand side: Homepage/Verify your company
Step 1. You can learn about verification service and its regulations after clicking „Show/hide the regulations"
Step 2. You have to accept the regulations in order to verify your company.
Step 3. If you want to verify your company, click on „Pay for the service". If you want to learn more about the legal company rendering verification services for VOREVO website, click on „A company rendering verification services".

6. Verification of a third party
A paid service in VOREVO website - verifying the company of your business partner.
The account which undergoes a positive verification will be marked with a graphic symbol „a authentic company". This symbol will only be seen by you, a person who used this service and will be presented anywhere where this company's name appears. How to use the service:
Step 1. You have to accept the regulations in order to use the service.
Step 2. You can visit the website of a company which renders verification services for VOREVO website.
Step 3. Proceed to payment.
Step 4. Complete the payment.
7. Adding new Ads
You can add new Ads by clicking the following tabs from the Menu on the left hand side: Homepage/New ad.
You can add new Ads that you want to sell or buy raw materials, products, machines for industries and other branches. Sale Ad is an offer presenting a product with its price. Purchase Ad can include a price for which one wants to buy a product but this information is not binding for the person placing an ad.
Step 1. Select the location where you render your services or where you search products
Step 2. Select whether you want to buy or sell the products. Purchase Ads are free of charge. Sale Ads are paid according to the current price list. You can pay for adding a sale Ad in the last step.
Step 3. Provide the price for an ad.
Sale ad: a price provided for the sale Ad is not the final price and can be renegotiated by the parties. However, the parties cannot increase the price drastically;in such a case, this would be considered dishonest and the information provided during adding the Ad would be considered false. Such Ads will be removed from the website.
Purchase adt: you can provide a price for which you want to buy a product, but this information is not binding for you. You can buy a product for a different price or not buy it at all if you take such a decision.

Step 8. In case of insufficient server disc space necessary for adding the Picture, you can buy extra space.
Step 9. Pay for adding the sale ad. Purchase Ad is free of charge, so there is no need of using a payment system.
Note : If, during adding the sale announcement, in step 9, during payment procedure, a user quits the payment, the Ad will be saved with "unpaid" status. I will not be seen in the Ads list and it will not be possible to find it in search engine. A user will have an access to such an Ad from „Editing the Ads" link, where he or she can pay for it so that the Ad can be seen by other users.
